Gimmel Tammuz: we don't have to worry....

...we find in the Tanach: "A letter came to him from the Prophet Eliyahu" -- and this was some years after Eliyahu HaNavi had ascended to heaven in a stormwind! Why is it so puzzling, then, that the Rebbe should now continue to dispatch people on shlichus? As to how he is to communicate, -- the Rebbe has his ways, and we don't have to worry about how he is going to make things known. We can depend on him!
